  • Rainy Season is Officially Upon Us! 2 weeks ago I wake just before 8 am to the sound of steady rain. The house is slightly darker than usual and the air in the room is cool and fresh. I check the thermometer which shows an outdoor temperature of 25.8 degrees Celcius; inside the temperature reads 27.8 degrees. With the fan blowing on me from the...
  • 90 Day Nicaraguan Tourist Visa Renewal 3 weeks ago Every 90 days we need to renew our Nicaraguan tourist visa. We have been living in Nicaragua for the last 4.5 years as perpetual tourists. Hi I am planning on moving there as soon as my house sells. i was there in January and my heart stayed there as i came back to the most brutal winter ever. i am a prairie girl and have a 15 year old daughter, but i just want to go. I became a widow this year and am looking for a new life. Any advice?
