  • Phuket Webcam at Patong Bay 5 days ago The Phuket Blog has been online since 2006. In the same year I started a Phuket Weather Blog which was started when I realised that a lot of people search online for weather information. Is it raining? What will the weather be like in mid-September? If it rains, does it rain all day or just...
  • Top 12 Phuket Hotels 2018 2 months ago It's 2018! And time for me to update the Top 10 Phuket Hotels list, but I've made it a "Top 12". There is only 1 new hotel in the 2018 list - much of the top 10 is similar to 2017 although slightly re-arranged. For each hotel there are links for checking online rates and availability - try using...
  • Jamie's Phuket Review of 2017 2 months ago So, how was 2017 for you? A bit odd? To many changes in the world? I know this is a Phuket Blog, but a review of 2017 has to mention a few world events. Like last year I feel a bit helpless, blogging about our nice trip to Krabi or finding an interesting temple that we'd not seen before. The...
  • Highway Curry - Indian Restaurant 3 months ago Long before I first tried any Thai food, I was a curry lover. When I was younger there was only 1 Indian restaurant in my home town, very originally named Taj Mahal. Went there many times, and the curries were served in big portions and not too expensive. Going for a curry is like an English...
  • Tham Paya Nakarat Cave Temple in Phang Nga 3 months ago I was a happy temple hunting blogger last weekend! We (that's me and the family) visited an interesting temple that we'd never seen before .. never even knew it was there! I don't drag my kids out to temples that often these days now they are getting older and have their own things to do, but even...

your post makes me think a good memory in Phuket again.Last month my husband and I visited Phuket island of Thailand. One of the places we really enjoyed was a Thai Cultural Theme Park - Phuket FantaSea. Every service area there was beautiful and neat. We enjoyed watching their beautiful, costumed parade culminating at an outdoor stage with a Bangok theme show. The place is really somewhat like Disneyland of Thailand! The highlight their main show held at a beautiful Palace of the Elephants Theater. I must say it was pretty amazing, I left overwhelmed by their beautiful culture. International buffet dinner was good, particularly the noodle soup. We remember it as one of our nicest outings in Phuket and do recommend it for a quality evening-into-the-night entertainment. Don't miss it!
