- 'Britain Basks in Glorious Sunshine!' 1 week ago It's a headline my fellow countrymen back in the UK could only dream of a few weeks ago. After what seemed like 22 months of unending cold winter weather, Britain is finally emerging from its annual deep freeze. With a brutally determined cold snap lasting until late April and records tumbling as...
- How Sydney Got Under My Skin 3 weeks ago I still remember the day, time and place. A typical summer's day - expansive blue skies, not a cloud in sight, and the world around us painted with colours so bright they seemed almost unnatural. Directly below, the harbour water sparkled under the intense gaze of the sun. As the plane banked to...
- No More Office Cubicle 3 weeks ago No. More. Office. Cubicle. I didn't even think twice about the decision. The opportunity came out of leftfield and I seized it with both hands, running hard and fast until I reached the point of no return. I knew it was time to quit that tiny grey box and when that time came, it felt right... and...
- Ten Years and Counting 2 months ago Remember the book Marley & Me? A young couple, John and Jen, move to the south of Florida and set up home near the beach while working as two local reporters. They get a dog as a practice run for parenthood and Marley the yellow labrador retriever arrives on the scene causing destruction and chaos...
- Canada, eh? 3 months ago Canada. The great white north. The world’s second largest country. A land bordered by the Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic oceans. I'm not too sure what a b-log is but I've always loved Russell. He used to write to me when he was doing time for "sausage-gate" and although we never met, I started to get feelings for him that grew stronger as time passed ! As Russell departed for Canada (his preferred choice to live until they checked out his extreme pet collection)) my love dwindled and moved to another member of the Ward family (Mo) and have not spoken to him since. Anyway, top B-log Rusty !!!!!
09:08 AM December 19, 2012
