  • IRONMAN 70.3 Thailand DNF 6 years ago   This weekend was a lot of firsts for me. A lot of exciting firsts: like visiting Phuket for the first time. And a lot of not-so exciting firsts, like my first time not finishing a race. The big fat DNF is a tough pill to swallow because I’m always going to wonder had I …
  • From Zero to 70.3 in 16 Weeks 6 years ago Well, what can I say about an 8-hour race? It was long. It was hot. It was really, really hard.  But it was also extraordinary. 16 weeks ago I had just removed the boot on a fractured foot. 16 weeks ago I was just 3 weeks post-op surgery for a miscarriage and finally cleared to …
  • Miscarriage Will NOT Break Us 7 years ago The decision to write this blog was an easy one… I had to get it out. It was cathartic. I love the way you write - very short and sweet without too many over the top comments. I am on my official second 3 month visit to Malaysia and hope to one day work here and make this my home. I am from Australia and have had many wonderful experiences. You have so inspired me to become a blogger myself. Thanks so much and good luck with the new baby. (I have copied and pasted your code so I can easily catch up with your comments)
