The fair, named “Expat In the City”, is due to be held in Munich on 22nd March 2015 where it’s hoped that many of the expats in Germany will have their needs addressed.

A variety of exhibitors, such as centers for bilingual children’s daycare, relocation firms, education and language providers, health insurance providers, financial service providers, and representatives from sports and leisure facilities, international associations, and cultural organizations will be present.

An Economic Development stand will also be at the event from the Department of Labor and Economic Development who are the patrons of the fair.

The deputy Mayor of Munich, Josef Schmid, who is also head of the department, said that the fair would be a real asset to the international community in the city. He went on to say that, as Munich is a modern city that plays host to a large quantity of international companies and corporations, the fair would play a large part in showcasing the perception and image of the city.

The fair is being held at Munich’s Old Congress Hall (Alte Kongresshalle) and there will be no admission fee.
