After Moore was arrested in connection with the brawl, stories broke that he had spent eight weeks behind bars for an assault at the Devon pub in 2012. He also received a one-year suspended sentence and was told to pay his victim £300 in compensation. After seeing out his suspended sentence in the UK,

The other Brit arrested in connection with the assault – who has not been named – has been released on bail.
